I don’t think it really matters what day of the week you start a diet. I think putting it off may til next week may be even more detrimental. When you get to next week, you’ll probably find an excuse as to why you should wait another week to start. So instead, give yourself a clean slate and start today. Start small and set yourself up for success; make a concrete plan with measurable goals. Accept the fact that you will encounter setbacks and you will have discouraging moments. But you can do this, no matter what day of the week it is.
