Enhanced Irvingia with Calorie Control Complex – Take two capsules twice daily 15 minutes before meals. Best before meals containing carbohydrates or starches, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Orthomega – take 2 capsules 2-3 times daily with meals
