This week we are talking about the gut. Fun and exciting, I know, BUT this is an Underlying Metabolic Imbalance of major importance to many people.

These gut imbalances are often responsible for stagnant weight loss (the “I can’t lose weight no matter what I do!” type), cravings, bloating, water retention and weight fluctuations day-to-day.
