Rosemary Cucumber Lemonade
3 large cucumbers
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 cup water
½ cup lemon juice
3 tablespoon agave
- Cut 12 thin slices of cucumber for garnish.
- Peel and chop the rest of the cucumber. Transfer to a blender or food processor, add rosemary and puree. Pour the puree through a fine-mesh strainer over a medium bowl. Press on the solids to extract all the juice.
- Add water, lemon juice and agave to the cucumber juice; stir until the agave dissolves. Divide among 4 ice filled glasses. Garnish with cucumber slices and rosemary sprigs.
Cherry Sparkle
8 oz sparkling water
2 tablespoons pure black cherry juice
1 cup cherries
- Add 8 oz sparkling water to a glass and mix in 2 tablespoons cherry juice extract. Add a slice of orange, lemon or lime and throw in a cherry.
Pomegranate “Champagne” Punch
2 cups pomegranate juice
2 ½ cups sparkling water
lemon twists for garnish
- Combine pomegranate juice and sparkling water in a large bowl or pitcher. Serve over ice with a twist of lemon.
