What causes belly bloat?

What causes belly bloat?

I’ve been posting a lot of information about Gut Dysbiosis lately.  We’ve got a FREE teleseminar coming up on the subject on April 28th, and I want people to understand how important this can be when it comes to losing weight.

I’m also talking about it because when you relieve yourself of Gut Dysbiosis, it’s not uncommon to lose 2-14 inches off your belly.

To tell the truth about “False fat”

The good news is that when you eliminate Gut Dysbiosis, you can reduce the “false fat” that many people carry around.

It’s not uncommon for people to carry around an extra 10-25 pounds of this “false fat”, which is not true adipose (fat) tissue.  Rather, it’s extra fluid and gas that forms from delayed food reactions.

Carry an extra 10-25 pounds around, and you’ll feel and look heavier.  But how can you correct it?

It begins by understanding what Gut Dysbiosis is.  In a nutshell, Gut Dysbiosis occurs when your body gets out of balance.  When you eat the wrong things, you throw your digestive system out of whack.

When the digestive system gets messed up, you get the inevitable side-effects – indigestion, acid reflux, gas, and our friend, bloating.

How to stop the bloating

There are a number of ways to stop this bloating.  They include eliminating the common foods that lead to food sensitivities, or taking the short-cut and testing to find out just what’s causing the problem.

In our upcoming teleseminar, we’ll detail how to determine if you have gut dysbiosis, as well as the steps to take to eliminate.  This is important stuff for losing weight, and best of all, the teleseminar is free.

We’ll detail the ways to diagnose gut dysbiosis, and then how to eliminate it, in our FREE April 28th teleseminar “Gut Dysbiosis:  Don’t Trust Your Gut.”  You can register when you click here:  www.moourl.com/losethatbelly

What causes belly bloat?

Why gut dysbiosis makes you to eat the wrong foods

I’ve been writing a lot about gut dysbiosis lately, and for good reason.  Get rid of gut dysbiosis, and you can shave 2-13 inches from your waist.  It’s why we’re holding a free seminar on the topic on April 28.  But I’ll get to that in a second.

In this post, I’m going to once again touch on the root cause of gut dysbiosis, but I’d also like to discuss what can result from the condition:  Food sensitivities.

Food is a sensitive issue in more ways than one

Suggest a change to someone’s diet, and they’ll throw a fork at you. (Or worse.  I could tell you stories…)

Yes, we love our favorite foods.  But do they ever return the love?

Most do.  But there are some occasions when they don’t.  Especially when you have a food sensitivity, which is the result of gut dysbiosis.

If you read some of my earlier posts, you’ll recall that gut dysbiosis is a result of an imbalance of the yeasts and bacteria, called flora, in the gastrointestinal tract.   When this flora is out of balance, it can hamper digestion and cause a whole host of nasty reactions, including acid reflux, gas, bloating and more.

It can also lead to food sensitivities, which is a whole new can of worms.

Not an allergy, a sensitivity

Food sensitivities are not true allergies (they are not necessarily life-long).  True allergies are caused by an IgE (immunoglobulin E) reaction in the body that can cause anaphylactic shock and death.

Food sensitivities are caused by non-IgE immune reactions toward foods, either because of improper digestion, damage to the gut lining or immune dysfunctions.

When your body has a food sensitivity, it develops a reaction to certain foods.  And the types of reactions can be quite unexpected.  You may suffer from a runny nose or congestion.  Energy or mood fluctuations.  Joint pain.  Indigestion.  Even headaches.

Ultimately, these food sensitivities lead to weight gain.

Body craves “the bad stuff”

Remember, food sensitivities are an immune reaction.  Your body is ready to put up its dukes against the unwanted food.

That unwanted food has antigens.  These are the things that prompt your body to produce antibodies to fight them off, and if you eat a lot of the wrong things, your body will crank out the antibodies.

Soon your body makes more and more of these antibodies, and if you don’t bind with those antigens, you’ll feel lousy.  In other words, if you don’t keep feeding those foods, you’ll feel cruddy.

It feels like a craving, but it’s almost like an addiction:  You don’t get your fix, you don’t feel so good.

We’re doomed…or are we?

See how we get sucked in to these bad foods?  First, gut dysbiosis causes the flora to become imbalanced, and then it leads to food sensitivities, which compel us to eat more of what’s hurting us.

No wonder people have so many problems losing weight.

How do we get off this road to rotundity? We’ll detail the ways to identify gut dysbiosis, and then how to eliminate it, in our FREE April 28th teleseminar “Gut Dysbiosis:  Don’t Trust Your Gut.”  You can register when you click here:  http://moourl.com/losethatbelly

What causes belly bloat?

Hey belly fat: Gut dysbiosis means your time has come.

Oh, belly fat.  How I loathe you.

For a long time, you encircled my waist, tagging along for a free ride when you were most certainly not welcome.

You tormented me by hanging around, even when I ate all the right foods.

You continued to ruin my wardrobe choices because you insisted on always being front and center.

I loathed you, belly fat.  And I got rid of you when I learned about Gut Dysbiosis.

Hey belly fat – I know why you’re hanging around:  Gut Dysbiosis

Hey belly fat, do you know something?  Part of the reason you’re such an eyesore on the outside is because of what Gut Dysbiosis does to a person on the inside.

It’s called gut dysbiosis.  And before I dropped my 50 pounds, I had it.

Gut Dysbiosis is a condition that occurs when the yeast and bacteria that influence digestion become out of balance within the gastrointestinal tract.

The imbalance can lead to indigestion, gas, bloating, acid reflux.

That’s right – bloating.  That’s part of what causes you, belly fat.

When I discovered gut dysbiosis, I lost a big part of my belly.  There was more to come through losing weight the right way, but this was a huge start.  You see, if we can stop Gut Dysbiosis, we can shave – get ready for this – 2 to 13 inches off your waistline.

Hey belly fat, time to break your water

Two to thirteen inches?  How can that be?  A few changes in the diet and you lose 2-13 inches around the waistline?

It’s true, and it’s because of the fact that people who have Gut Dysbiosis tend to retain more water.  The extra water is the result of the immune reactions that take place as the body tries to fight off the toxins you’re feeding it.

As soon as gut dysbiosis subsides, that water weight comes off – thus the often rapid loss of inches around the belly.

Yes, that’s right – sayonara, loathsome belly fat.

Let me tell you more about Gut Dysbiosis

That’s much more to Gut Dysbiosis.  Much more.

Listen to a free teleseminar on the topic, and we’ll literally give you the skinny on gut dysbiosis.  You’ll find out how to identify it, and how to eliminate it.  Most importantly, you’ll find out how to lose that belly fat

The FREE teleseminar is April 28th from 7:00 – 7:30 pm.  It’s called “Gut Dysbiosis:  Don’t Trust Your Gut.”  You can register when you click here:

Yeah, you’ll want to listen too, belly fat.  Because your time has come.

Does Santa Claus have Gut Dysbiosis?

Does Santa Claus have Gut Dysbiosis?

Okay, sorry to tread on cherished symbols of Christmas, but a day of reckoning is at hand.

It has to do with Santa.  And his gut.

I write this post in April mainly because I know better than to bring this up at the height of the Christmas season.  That’s when emotions are running high, and dealing with a touchy subject is not advisable.

Now is the perfect time to talk about Santa.  It’s also a discussion that’s long overdue.

We’re all well aware of the fact that Santa Claus has a bit of belly.  But now that I understand what Gut Dysbiosis is, and I’ve seen firsthand how it can cause belly fat and a host of other conditions, I’m firmly convinced that the man in red is suffering from it.

Ho Ho Huh?  What is gut dysbiosis?

Let’s start out at square one.  Let’s identify gut dysbiosis.

First, what is “dysbiosis”?  Dysbiosis is an imbalance in the microbial environment of the gastrointestinal tract (GI).  Inside that environment, you have trillions of bacteria and yeast, which are called flora.

This flora improves digestion, eliminates waste, helps maintain proper body chemistry and can optimize your immune status.

Basically, we use it to allow the good nutrients in, and prevent the toxic ones from going out.

Unfortunately, dramatic shifts can cause an imbalance of the flora.  I have a feeling that’s what happened to Santa.

What disrupted the flora at the North Pole

The shifts in the flora can be caused by a number of things.  These include medications (especially pain medications, antibiotics and antacids), infections, illnesses, food chemicals and pollutants.

For Santa, maybe it was an over-reliance on pain medication.  Maybe he’d been slinging that sack of gifts over his shoulder too many years, and popping too many aspirin to help relieve the pain.

Whatever the reasons, here are a few symptoms of Gut Dysbiosis:

  • Acid reflux
  • Gas
  • Bloating
  • Indigestion

Does the third symptom on the list look like it might have something to do with Santa?

Okay, so much of that belly may be true adipose (fat) tissue.  But I do believe Gut Dysbiosis is also contributing to his belly bloat.

As a weight loss specialist at Optimal Body Balance, I’ve seen people shed 2-14” off their belly simply by reversing the effects of Gut Dysbiosis.

Yes, those numbers are accurate 2- 14 inches off their bellies in 13 weeks or less.

Learn more, help Santa

I’ll be publishing more posts on Gut Dysbiosis through the month of April, and digging deeper into the issue.

I’ll also be hosting a free teleseminar on the subject called “Gut Dysbiosis:  Don’t Trust Your Gut”.  We’ll talk about the Gut Dysbiosis, the tests to determine if you have it, and how to eliminate the condition.

We’d love to have you join us. The FREE teleseminar is April 28th from 7:00 – 7:30 pm Central Time.  You can register when you click here:

In the interim, please pass this along to your friend – even Santa.  It will definitely land you on his nice list.
