Are you ALWAYS thinking about food? Do you crave carbohydrates and sweets every day? Do you feel that you do not have control over what you eat? Do you keep eating even though you know that you are full? Are you tired all the time? Do you have obsessive thoughts? Are you hungry most of the time?
