Let’s Do Lunch!

Join Sarah Droege, Nutritionist and Sheila Robertson, self proclaimed ‘party in an apron’ for a one hour class is called ‘Let’s Do Lunch!’ The cost is $5 and you can pre-register through Whole Foods for a fun, fast and fantastic cooking class that eliminates the 7 most common food allergens. Class is at noon on Wednesday, April 27th. To register call Whole Foods at 608.233.9566 or stop by the customer service counter while you’re doing your grocery shopping.

We will be cooking a Jicama and Orange Salad with Cumin Citrus Vinagrette, Chicken Salad with Herbs in Radicchio Cups, and Almond Flour Molasses Spice Cookies. These recipes are easy to prepare and can be done the day of but they are also beautiful dishes that are full of flavor and create a well-balanced meal.
