A snack for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 bananas, fresh or frozen
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 kale leaves, destemmed and torn into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, divided

Instructions

  1. Add almond butter, dates, protein powder, cocoa powder and 1/4 cup almond milk to blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency. Add more milk if needed.
