A snack for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 bananas, fresh or frozen
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 kale leaves, destemmed and torn into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk, divided
Instructions
- Add almond butter, dates, protein powder, cocoa powder and 1/4 cup almond milk to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency. Add more milk if needed.
