Spicy Pumpkin Soup (this one was a stand-out hit, so definitely give it a try)
Fresh fish and shrimp tacos — we don’t have a recipe for this, but you just cook up your favorite protein and serve it with toppings of your choice. In this case, avocado, tomato, lime wedges, black beans and tortillas.

Stuffed Cabbage Roll Crock Pot Casserole (YUM)
We also had some amazing Black Bean Quinoa Veggie Burgers, but I guess I was too excited to eat them that I forgot to get a picture. Sorry!
